XANIA POPE
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
U.S. Army veteran and former 12C Bridge Crewmember, Xania Pope brings a multidisciplinary background spanning military engineering, business, cybersecurity, and legal studies to her leadership of Pope Advisory LLC. She holds an MBA and a B.S. in Cybersecurity and is continuing her graduate legal education through a Master of Legal Studies program. Her experience includes bridge operations, field coordination, logistics, equipment accountability, and team leadership. Today, she leads Pope Advisory’s growth across federal construction, infrastructure, project, and operational support with a focus on disciplined execution, strategic relationships, and sustainable growth.
